Weather Cancellation Policy

If a meeting must be canceled due to weather, RNPW follows this policy approved by the Board:

• Meetings will be canceled on any day that Rockford Public Schools close due to snow (cold closures do not apply).
• An e-blast will be sent to the newsletter mailing list under the direction of the President.
• Announcements will also be posted on our website and social media channels.
• The Program Chair, or the person who coordinated with the speaker, will contact the speaker as soon as possible.
• Rockford University, our venue, will be notified immediately by the Reservation Chair or President.

• The Public Relations Chair will update social media accordingly.

Shipping Information: This site is used for event registration, membership dues, and member advertising only. RNPW does not ship any products.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All payments are final once processed.
